Roy Hill Rowers have taken on a challenge on the Canning River, raising awareness ahead of telethon. Dozens of athletes participated in the rowing WA corporate regatta. Fatcat joined in on the fun, cheering on the competitors in the eighth rail systems. Australia came first and in the fours Roy Hill.
It’s fantastic to see how many people got behind it. I can see this can be what Henley is to England, this can be to Perth. This is just the start of something great.
Gina Rinehart, who is the patron of Rowing Australia, also cheered on the teams both Roy Hill and Hancock Prospecting major supporters of Telethon, which is on October 21st and 22.
