Hancock Prospecting was pleased to return as sponsor of the WA Regional Achievements and Community Awards, proudly supporting the Rinehart Development of Northern Regional WA Award.
The Awards are designed to encourage, acknowledge and reward the valuable contributions individuals, communities and businesses are making throughout regional and rural West Australia.
The 2018 Rinehart Development of Northern Regional WA Award was presented to Waringarri Aboriginal Arts – the first wholly indigenous owned art centre established in the Kimberley region. Waringarri Aboriginal Arts us a living, growing art centre celebrating the uniqueness of Miriwoon cultural identity, with all proceeds from the centre returned to the community to support their ongoing program of arts and cultural projects.
